How can I register for the congress?
- Create and activate a user account
- Complete the online registration form
- Select the appropriate participation fee
- Confirm your booking and complete the payment
You will receive your invoice and registration confirmation by email. Please also check your spam folder.
Your confirmation will include your participant number as well as a barcode, which you will need on site in order to print your personal badge at the registration terminals.
The badge serves as your admission ticket for the entire summit and is non-transferable.
Alternatively, you can use the express registration to obtain your ticket in just a few clicks.
What can I do if I have forgotten my login data?
Your username is the email address that was used for the registration. If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Reset password" function.
I have not received any login data as I did not register myself. How doI log in?
If you did not register yourself (groups, speakers, honorary guests, etc.), you will have received a confirmation email with a barcode at your email address. This will grant you access to the congress.
How can I update my profile information or areas of interest?
If you have already registered for SMHS, you can log in to your user account at any time to update your profile information, areas of interest and other personal details.
Can I register for and participate in the event after it has started?
Yes, you can register on site at the registration counters.
Can I book individual events?
In addition to the SMHS All Access Ticket for both days, day tickets for the education track (German-language programme) as well as the Expo & Sports Zone are also available.
With the respective ticket, you will receive access to the corresponding events – separate registration for individual programme items is not required.
Are there group tickets available for students?
For groups of five or more students, we offer a discounted ticket at €80 per person. Please send enquiries to smhs@cpo-hanser.de. Registration and invoicing will be coordinated through a designated group representative.
What happens if my participation fee has not been paid in full?
Only participants who have paid the participation fee in full will have access to the Sports, Medicine and Health Summit. If you have not yet paid the congress fee, please log in to your user account using your email address and password. Click on “My Bookings” and pay the outstanding amount by credit card or PayPal.
On site, you will also have the opportunity to pay the fee at the registration counters.
Is there a cash machine nearby?
The nearest cash machine is located at Dammtor railway station.
Is there parking nearby?
The CCH has an underground car park.
Prices: €3 per hour, maximum daily rate €25
Maximum vehicle height: 1.90 m

Where can I get a taxi?
You can reach the Hansa-Taxi control centre 24 hours a day on +49 40 211211.
Please note that taxis may be available only to a limited extent. We recommend that all participants use public transport where possible.
