Registration for SMHS 2027 is open!

• Access to the correspondingly booked congress programme
• Access to the Expo & Sports Zone
• Congress material (congress programme in the congress app, etc.)
• Certificate of attendance

To pay your congress fee, we recommend payment by credit card or PayPal within our booking system. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners. The transmission of your data on the web is encrypted and can be considered secure.

Reason for payment: Participant number and/or name of participant

If you cancel your participation by 15 Januar 2027, the participation fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of 25 %. In the event of later cancellation, the participation fee will not be refunded. Please inform us of your cancellation by e-mail to smhs@cpo-hanser.de. 

Student groups can purchase discounted tickets under the following conditions:

• All participants are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme.
• Registration and payment is completed by a single designated person on behalf of the entire group.
• The group consists of at least 5 students.

Ticket price: 80 € per person

1. Create and activate your user account.
2. Fill in the online registration form.
3. Select the appropriate participation fee.
4. Book and pay with costs.

You will receive your invoice and confirmation promptly by e-mail. Please also check your spam folder. In the confirmation e-mail you will find your participant number and a barcode. You will need both on site to print out your name badge at the registration terminal. The name badge serves as your personal admission ticket for the Summit and is non-transferable.
