For the payment of your congress fee we recommend the payment by credit card within our booking system. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners. The transmission of your data on the web is encrypted and can be considered secure.

Reason for payment: Participant number and/or name of participant

In case of cancellation, please notify the congress office CPO HANSER SERVICE in writing only. A refund minus a service charge of EUR 50 will be given for cancellations received by 15 March 2023. After 15 March 2023, no refunds will be given.

If you would like to register 9 or more participants, please contact us via e-mail smh@cpo-hanser.de.

Step 1
Please create an user account. To do this, first enter your first and last name, your e-mail address and a password of your choice. Agree to the congress privacy policy and click on "Create account". You can now register for the congress and make a booking. 

Step 2
To activate your account, please click on the link in the account creation email. Please be aware, that this may have been sent to your spam folder.

Step 3
nter your billing address and fill in the required fields. Select the type of registration fee. After clicking "Next", you can check your entries on the overview page. Finally, please confirm the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of the congress and click on "Register now for payment". You are now successfully registered for the congress.

Step 4
For the payment of the participation fee we recommend the payment by credit card during the booking process. Alternatively, you can pay the congress fee by bank transfer within 14 days. 

Step 5
Within one week you should have received your invoice/confirmation email from us. Please also check your spam folder.
